Our tailor made supervisory development programmes aimed at improving capabilities for new and existing supervisors. Other areas to be covered include understanding Organisational objectives and structure and supervisor’s role in the structure, Responsibility, Leadership, Accountability, Performance, Productivity and dealing with non- performance, appreciating SHE, NSSA Health and Safety Regulations, Accident Reporting and Investigations, Disciplinary Management, Stress Management, Motivation and Rewards.

Edudynamics will design and offer relevant and cutting edge programmes which are designed to assist organisations and students to cope with the ever changing environment these will include but will not be limited to:

In partnership with institutions that offer business related diplomas and certificates, Edudynamics will offer tuition services for a wide range of programmes. Our lecturers and tutors will ensure quality delivery of appropriate material.

Our Students vocational training is aimed at giving students an opportunity to excel in practical and hands on programmes. This programme will be run as a partnership between local employers and schools. This product will go beyond the traditional vocational training to include, wide range of job functions like retail training, tourism management, food and beverage management, computer network management and floral designing.
